1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with iqjili, which allows access to our gaming services and products.
• "Platform" means the iqjili website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or services operated by the Company at iqjili.cam and related domains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services provided by iqjili, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2. You accept our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
3. You consent to receive communications from iqjili via email, SMS, or other electronic means regarding account updates, promotions, and service announcements.

iqjili reserves the right to refuse service, terminate Accounts, or restrict access to any User who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in prohibited activities as defined herein.

3. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register for and use iqjili Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by iqjili or any regulatory authority.

iqjili strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension or closure, and any winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Registration

When creating an Account with iqjili, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your Account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
• Notify iqjili immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

3.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or restricted are prohibited from using iqjili Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. iqjili disclaims all liability for Users who access our Services from restricted jurisdictions.

4. Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iqjili Account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication when available to enhance Account security.

iqjili will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our security team immediately.

4.2 Account Verification

iqjili employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable regulations. You agree to provide the following upon request:

• Government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet, or credit card verification).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify your identity or comply with legal obligations.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may close your iqjili Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
• Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome.
• Active bonuses and promotional offers will be forfeited unless otherwise specified.
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. A new registration would require creating a new Account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

To participate in real-money gaming at iqjili, you must fund your Account through one of our supported payment methods, which include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. When making a Deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited are legally obtained and belong to you.
• You are the authorized user of the payment method used.
• The payment method is registered in your name.
• You are not using iqjili for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

iqjili does not charge fees for Deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond our control. Minimum and maximum Deposit limits apply and are displayed during the Deposit process.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request Withdrawal of funds from your iqjili Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• A minimum Withdrawal amount may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• iqjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large Withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallets such as GCash and PayMaya typically process within 5-15 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1-2 business days. iqjili does not charge Withdrawal fees, though your financial institution may impose fees.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

iqjili is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Accounts suspected of money laundering activities will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All Users of iqjili must engage in fair play and adhere to the rules of each game. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers.
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches for personal gain.
• Manipulation of game outcomes through hacking or unauthorized access.
• Sharing Account credentials or transferring Accounts to other individuals.

iqjili employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to monitor for irregular betting patterns and prohibited conduct. Violations may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

6.2 Game Results

All game results at iqjili are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real-time. Game outcomes are final and binding. iqjili does not accept disputes regarding game results unless a demonstrable technical error occurred, which will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Betting Limits

iqjili reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual Accounts, games, or betting markets at our sole discretion. These limits are designed to manage risk and promote responsible gaming. Users who consistently attempt to circumvent betting limits may have their Accounts restricted or closed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, iqjili offers Bonuses and promotional offers to Users. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility requirements (new Users, existing Users, minimum Deposit amounts).
• Wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds or associated winnings.
• Expiration dates by which the Bonus must be used and wagering requirements completed.
• Game restrictions specifying which games contribute to wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet limits while wagering Bonus funds.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.

iqjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active Bonuses at the time of modification will be honored according to their original terms unless the modification is required by law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the iqjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio clips, and video content, is the property of iqjili or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with iqjili Services.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Platform.
• Use the iqjili brand, logos, or trademarks without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iqjili and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Business interruption or loss of opportunity.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in service availability.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of iqjili Services shall not exceed the amount of Deposits you made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

iqjili is not responsible for failures or delays in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service provider failures, government actions, or third-party payment processor errors.

10. Responsible Gaming

iqjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities:

• Deposit limits that restrict the amount you can deposit within specified time periods.
• Session time reminders that alert you to the duration of your gaming session.
• Self-exclusion options that allow you to temporarily or permanently block access to your Account.
• Reality checks that display your current session duration and net position.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

For certain disputes, iqjili may offer alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation or arbitration, which may provide a faster and less expensive resolution than court proceedings.

12. Amendments to Terms

iqjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of iqjili Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13. Termination

iqjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abusive behavior toward other Users or iqjili staff.
• Extended periods of Account inactivity.

Upon termination, your Account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to iqjili. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
